What “ships in 2–3 days” actually means

Two to three business days is the time between your order and the parcel leaving Jianyang. In that window we pack ceramics in moulded pulp, weigh the box, and print the label.

After that the parcel is with the carrier: 5–7 days to the US, 8–14 to the UK and EU, 5–10 to the UAE, 12–20 elsewhere. Customs can add a few days; if that happens we send you the tracking and the paperwork.

We ship DDU — the price at checkout does not include import duties. If your country charges them, the carrier will collect on delivery.
