Everything ships from Jianyang within 2–3 business days. Ceramics travel in moulded pulp inside a double-walled box; malas ship flat in a cotton pouch.

Transit times are estimates from the day of dispatch, not from the day you order.

Most bracelets and malas fall under 300 g; a single tea bowl sits in the 300–800 g band; a boxed pair of cups is over 800 g.

Prices at checkout do not include import duties or local taxes. Any charge raised by customs is the recipient's responsibility; we will send the invoice and paperwork to help. If a parcel is held, write to us and we will follow it with the carrier.
