Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on this store.

• Prices — in US dollars, excluding local import charges unless stated at checkout.
• Orders — an order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If a piece sells out before we pack it, we refund in full within 3 business days.
• Shipping & returns — see the shipping and refund policies.
• Natural variation — every piece is fired and knotted by hand. Glaze runs, bead grain and cord colour vary; photographs show one piece from the batch, not a replication.
• Intellectual property — text, photographs and the Clay & Cord name belong to the studio.
• Governing law — the laws of the People’s Republic of China; disputes are heard in the courts of Fujian.
• Age — you must be 18 or older to place an order.

Nothing on this store is medical advice. Prayer beads and tea wares are sold as objects, not as treatment.
