Refund policy

Thirty days from delivery to return an unused piece in its original box. Write to lin16605949916@gmail.com before sending anything back; we will give you the return address closest to you.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged or is not what was ordered.
• Breakage in transit: send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we replace the piece, no return needed.
