Where do you ship from?

From Jianyang, Fujian, China. Orders leave the studio in 2–3 business days.

How long does delivery take?

United States 7–12 business days; UK & EU 8–14; UAE 5–10; rest of world 12–20. These count from dispatch, not from the order date.

What does shipping cost?

By weight: US $5 / $10 / $19; UK & EU $6 / $12 / $21; UAE $5 / $10 / $19; rest of world $9 / $16 / $27. Free over $69 (US, UK, EU, UAE) and over $89 elsewhere.

Are duties and taxes included?

No. Prices at checkout exclude import duties and local taxes; any charge raised by customs is the recipient's responsibility. We send the invoice and paperwork to help.

Are the pieces exactly as photographed?

Every piece is fired and knotted by hand, so glaze runs, grain and cord colour vary slightly. Photographs show one piece from the batch.

How do I choose a wrist size?

Measure the wrist just below the bone, add one finger's width. 16–17 cm wears most 8 mm single loops; 18–19 cm suits 10 mm; over 19 cm take 12 mm or a 108 mala looped twice.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Write within 12 hours of ordering; once a parcel is packed we can only process a return.
