Returns & exchanges
Thirty days from delivery to return an unused piece in its original box. Write first — we will tell you which return address to use and send a return label where possible.
How to start a return
- Email lin16605949916@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the piece.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the piece in its box; ceramics must travel in the moulded pulp it arrived in.
- Send us the tracking number. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of arrival.
Who pays return shipping
The buyer pays return shipping unless the piece arrived damaged or is not what was ordered. Breakage in transit: send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it — no return needed.
Exchanges
For a different colour, size or glaze we treat it as a return plus a new order, so you get the replacement faster.
